Responsibilities

• Assist customers, brokers, and IBs (Introducing Brokers) while acting as an intermediary between internal StoneX departments such as risk, compliance, accounting, operations, legal etc
• Understanding the pre-trade risk controls and capabilities of multiple front end trading platforms
• Understanding and utilizing StoneX internal platforms such as MyStoneX, Engage, Position Manager, Salesforce, and Power BI
• Analyze customers daily PNL, margins,
• Run sample portfolios for potential clients using StoneX back-office systems
• Monitor and assist with client margin and funding issues
• Prepare and assist marketing and internal documents
• Begins to develop a current knowledge of the laws and regulations that pertain to the CES.
• Keeps abreast of new developments in the field their internship is in.
• Maintains a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
• Properly handles client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary.
• Monitor and correct any trade breaks or errors
• Address last trading day positions with clients, communicating with Risk and Compliance regarding action to liquidate a client’s position

Early Careers Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2027 and August 2028 (entering penultimate year of university)

Available for a June 2027 start date for an 8 – 10-week program

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Hiring Salary Range $20.00 - $40.00/hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
