Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

To help Beijing office Chief Rep. to fulfil daily work.

Primary duties will include:

• KYC process
• Demonstrate ability to communicate to US office colleagues with fluent English
• Assist Beijing office Chief Rep. with management of daily office operations and assigned tasks
• Maintain customer relationships and deliver customers’ questions to US team.
• Assist in document handling as instructed including file maintenance & set up

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in English, Economics, and Finance major is preferred.
• Proficient oral and written English
• Ability to work independently
• Initiative and high responsibility
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environment
• Must be able to travel
• Bilingual Mandarin
