    Job description

    Part Time (24 hours per week Monday - Wednesday)

    Are you a friendly, organised, and people‑focused professional looking for a rewarding part‑time role? We’re seeking a Administrator / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organisation while providing high‑quality administrative support to our team.

    What you'll be doing

    In this part‑time role, you’ll manage our reception area and ensure clients and staff receive exceptional service. You’ll handle enquiries, coordinate day‑to‑day office tasks, and support a range of administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a role where every day looks a little different.

    • Greet visitors and manage front‑of‑house interactions
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries
    • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
    • Assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and basic coordination
    • Support office administration tasks, including correspondence, data entry, database management and ordering office supplies.
    • Assist the team with general administrative needs as required
    • Provide support with travel arrangements, meetings, events, and staff communications

    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Able to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and approachable
    • A proactive problem‑solver who enjoys supporting others
    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office systems
    • Experienced using Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system
    • Experienced in reception or administration
