We are now looking for an Experienced Service Specialist to join our team in Ostrava, Czechia.

Main tasks of the role:

• Manage several sourcing and logistics IT platforms in Source to Receive process area

• Understand related technologies, able to solve and fix operational challenges

• Responsible for the operational support, maintenance, and continuous improvement

• Ensure stable application performance, high-quality user support, and effective collaboration with business stakeholders, service management and development teams

• Primary point of contact for application-related issues, service requests, user administration, testing activities, and system enhancements while supporting sourcing and logistics business processes

• Participate in the future IT platform strategy and roadmap within the process area

What do you need to have to be successful in this position:

• Preferably university degree in technology, computer science, business analytics, sourcing or other similar

• Practical experience in managing IT developments and platforms

• Experience in Source to Pay suite implementations seen as advantage

• Technical skills with MS Office tools including Azure data stack, building and managing integrations

• Coding experience seen as advantage

• Customer focused and interested in solving daily operational challenges, analytical thinking with attention to details

• Proactive and motivated team player who has interest in continuous improvement

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new IT technologies

• Understanding of our business environment and changing needs of services

• Project management skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English with great communication skills
