SABG is hiring an Analyst Intermediate to support the facilities management for the Warfighter Integration Directorate at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) and other sites in Colorado Springs.
JOB TITLE: Operations Support Analyst Intermediate
CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
LOCATION: Schriever, SFB, CO
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
· This position is responsible for liaising with MDA prime contractors, the Facilities Directorate and the information technology organizations to communicate and coordinate DW mission requirements. Requires in-depth knowledge of the operational missions to evaluate solutions, clearly communicate impacts, and assess potential mission consequences and risk during the planning and execution of mission projects.
· Plan and coordinate facility improvements and renovation projects at the MDIOC and the Alternate Operating Location.
· Plan and coordinate information technology technical refresh projects including the AOL. Includes secure and non-secure communication devices, information technology systems, Audio-Visual Systems, and VTC systems.
· Submit trouble tickets and work order requests as required to initiate facilities and information technology improvements and repairs using the Agency’s portal-based system.
· Maintain and update records in the Agency’s Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFMS) platform.
· Track and report project status as required.
· Coordinates with the Combatant Commands, asset owners, event owners, and system elements to ensure the asset management process is followed.
· Assist with sensitive, compartmented information security (SCIF) management such as preparing for inspections, escorting facility and IT maintenance personnel, and tracking the operational status of equipment in the SCIF.
SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 4 years’ experience in the missile defense industry
• 5 years’ experience in facilities/IT project management
COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
• Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
