JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY
Able to perform various inspection activities carried out at various locations as per the project requirement and prepare various report. Coordinate and perform pre-dispatch (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment (solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, inverters).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements.
- Verify the conditions on site (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspection.
- Coordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager.
- Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist.
- Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule.
- Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.
- Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.
