As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of our premises, ensuring that everything from lighting to plumbing operates smoothly and safely.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform basic repairs.
Work Orders: Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Facility Upkeep: Manage general building upkeep, including painting, drywall repair, and basic groundskeeping [if applicable].
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work adheres to company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, requesting reorders when necessary.
