Job Description:

• Athletics Front Desk Workers support the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence by providing welcoming customer service and light administrative support.
• Front Desk Workers are responsible for greeting visitors to our space, checking in student-athletes and tutors for appointments, sending communication to parties late for their sessions, and checking out supplies.
• Applicants should be personable, detail-oriented, and exercise strong time management skills.

• Maintain compliance with departmental and NCAA policies
• Participate in onboarding education
• Uphold confidentiality of student information
• Attend shifts regularly
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about schedule changes
• Perform tasks with attention to detail
