Job Description:

Assist with donor relations and customer service.
Assisting donors and season ticket holders with ticket purchases, exchanges, and account management, and membership services.
Provide service to members on giving opportunities, season ticket benefits, parking options, and event logistics
Resolve customer concerns regarding memberships, ticketing, and event attendance with professionalism and attention to detail
