Job Description

• Provide general office assistance and support
• Greet visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
• Maintain files and ensure confidentiality of information
• Assist with various projects, activities, events or tasks as needed
• Ability to comply with University policies

• Maintain regular and punctual attendanceGreet visitors with excellent customer service

• Provide general office, administrative, or  clerical support
• May assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages and mail
• May assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests
• May assist with document preparation, filing, office records
• Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
• May assist with office supplies and organization of common areas
• May assist with data entry tasks, spreadsheets and reports
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission  
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
