Job Description:

Women’s Basketball Student Employees provide program support on a daily basis, including practice, gameday and offseason duties. Student Employees will learn the importance of teamwork and preparation, and will provide hand-on assistance to program staff.

Job Functions:

• Assist with practice and gameday set-up
• Assist with drills and workouts including statistics and clock operation
• Assist with video and film operations
• Various game-day duties as assigned
• General office administration
• Other duties as assigned, which may or may not include some travel
• Compliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies

Required Skills:

• Some experience with basketball skills
• Professional manner, and appropriate attire is required at all times
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.00
• Availability to work mornings, nights and weekends
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to self-motivate

Additional Duties:

• Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative
• Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
