    • Coordinate closely with project managers, construction managers, designers, and inspectors to validate logic, sequencing, and phasing

    Coordination & Communication

    • Serve as a key point of contact for schedule discussions with public agency clients and internal leadership

    • Participate in project meetings and present schedule status, risks, and mitigation strategies

    • Mentor junior scheduling and project controls staff

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

    • 8+ years of progressive scheduling or project controls experience supporting construction projects

    • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6

    • Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and schedule analysis

    • Forensic schedule analysis and claims support

    • Cost/resource loading and cashflow experience

    • Experience supporting public agency clients, transit authorities, DOTs, or major infrastructure programs

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with design‑build or major capital program scheduling

    • Prior work on transportation, transit, or heavy civil construction projects

    • Experience reviewing contractor schedules in a CM, PM, or owner‑side role

    • Ability to manage workload across multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
