What You’ll Do:
- You’ll work on real Workday projects for leading clients — supported by senior consultants and backed by top-tier official Workday training, developing skills in: Workday & other potentially HRIT systems HR transformation Data migration Integrations Consulting & soft skills HCM fundamentals After 12 months?
- You’ll receive a full-time contract as a Junior Consultant at SuccessDay on successful completion of the traineeship.

You have:
- HBO/WO degree (HRM, Business Administration, Org.
