Minimum Requirements
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Minimum of 2 year lead maintenance experience in a community.
3. Ability to read and write in English.
4. Ability to receive and follow instructions
5. EPA certification (Type I and II)
6. Valid Texas Drivers License.
Knowledge and Skills
Hands on maintenance experience with HVAC, electric, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, painting, etc. Can operate variety of power tools, torches, shampoo machine, etc.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
1. Minimum lifting of 115 pounds.
2. Ability to withstand extreme temperatures for long periods of time.
3. Ability to do extensive walking.
4. Ability to climbs stairs carrying equipment.
5. Ability to climb ladders.
Performing these duties will involve considerable physical exertion such as: lifting, pulling or pushing physical objects. Reaching above shoulders, climbing and working on stairs and ladders, operating power tools, lifting up to 80 pounds on a frequent basis and 115 pounds occasionally, assuming awkward working positions for a long period of time. Routine discomforts from exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, etc.) and exposure to chemical substances such as pool chemicals, cleaning solutions, and paint fumes
