    • Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

    West Row Academy is looking for a Teaching Assistant.

    Team West Row are excited to welcome a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our strong and supportive team.

    This role will involve working across the school, including within our specialist provision hub, supporting pupils with high levels of need, particularly in communication.

    You will contribute to a nurturing, well-structured environment where teamwork is central, ensuring that every child is supported to thrive both academically and socially. We are committed to working in close partnership with families and the wider community to secure the very best outcomes for our children.
