Sugar Hollow Solar is hiring a Solar Installer! This key position is responsible for physically setting up and maintaining solar panels on buildings and other structures, including tasks like measuring, cutting, assembling support structures, installing solar modules, connecting panels to the electrical system and ensuring the entire system complies with safety standards and building codes. Additionally, this position is also responsible to work with the team to carry materials, prepare work sites, hold panels in place, run wires and perform other tasks as needed to facilitate an effective efficient installation process.
Our ideal candidate brings •some practical experience in electrical installations, roofing or general construction experience, an understanding of electrical wiring of AC and DC systems, is comfortable with heights and working on roofs, loves the feeling of accomplishment when a project is done right and working with a team of like-minded individuals and believes in the power of renewable energy!
