Financial Architecture: Empower families by designing financial solutions, navigating insurance advantages, and structuring seamless payment plans.
Journey Management: Serve as the single point of contact for families, seamlessly coordinating scheduling, digital onboarding, and ongoing support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our elite clinical team and doctors to ensure the transition from consultation to care is flawless.
We are seeking a sophisticated communicator who knows how to close a deal by opening a relationship. You are driven, tech-savvy, and deeply empathetic.
Experienced: 2+ years of success in high-end sales, luxury hospitality, premium customer experience, or healthcare/dental consulting (orthodontic experience is a major plus, but we value talent and drive above all).
Educated & Articulate: A Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Communications, or Healthcare) is preferred. You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to command a room with empathy.
Digitally Fluent: Comfortably navigate advanced CRM systems, digital scheduling platforms, and modern financial tools.
Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued, allowing you to connect with an even broader segment of our wonderful community.
