Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)

• VIP Concierge Management: Act as the face of the practice, greeting families with high-level professionalism and warmth.

• Strategic Patient Flow: Orchestrate the "front-to-back" transition, ensuring clinical staff are optimized and patient wait times are non-existent.

• Data Integrity & Management: Curate and maintain precise digital patient records and eligibility verification with a "zero-error" mentality.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Engage with the public and pediatric patients to create a stress-free, premium environment.

Candidate Profile: What We Are Looking For

We are specifically seeking "Type A" professionals who possess:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (Highly Preferred).

• Experience: 2+ years in a high-touch environment (e.g., Luxury Hotels, Private Medical Practices, VIP Concierge, or High-End Retail).

• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage in serving our diverse community.
