Are you an experienced Insolvency professional looking for your next challenge, with the flexibility of a four-day working week?
We're looking for an Insolvency Manager to join The Insolvency Company, part of Monahans and the wider Sumer Group. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
You'll play a key role in managing cases from appointment through to closure, supporting and developing junior team members, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.

This role can be based in Swindon, Trowbridge, Bath or Taunton.
- Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations and liquidations
- Taking responsibility for progressing cases efficiently and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Reviewing and approving statutory reports, correspondence and case documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders
- Supporting Partners and Directors with more complex case work
- Coaching and developing junior members of the team
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver an excellent client experience
- Assisting with business development activities and building professional networks
- Previous experience managing corporate insolvency cases
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
- CPI, JIEB or other relevant insolvency qualifications would be advantageous, although not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor others
