Position Overview

We are seeking a Loan Servicing Representative I-II to join our team at our Main Administrative Office. This is a full-time, in-office position performing a variety of centralized services to accurately reflect loan activity on the Bank’s core processing system and general ledger in accordance with Bank policies and procedures and providing excellent customer service to the Bank’s borrowers as well as internal departments.

What You’ll Do

· Board commercial loans, including new loans, renewals, extensions, and modifications, onto the Bank’s core system.

· Process loan maintenance and monetary transactions, including funding, payments, disbursements, escrow activity, and payoffs.

· Perform daily general ledger reconciliations and review assigned core system reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.

· Maintain insurance information and assist with the collection and review of flood insurance.

· Track collateral documents and loan exceptions and maintain accurate related records.

· Prepare demand payoffs, process paid loans, and coordinate the release of collateral.

· Process loan index rate changes and UCC continuations.

· Prepare assigned loan servicing and vendor reports.

· Prepare loan files for timely and accurate document imaging.

· Provide responsive customer service to borrowers and internal Bank partners, including researching and resolving issues.

· Maintain current knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, Bank policies, and procedures.

· For Level II: Assist with monthly SBA 1502 reporting and construction loan servicing activities, including draws, change orders, interest activity, and balancing.

Education/Experience

An ideal candidate will possess one to three years of commercial loan servicing experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. SBA loan servicing experience is a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and the ability to accurately manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. The position may be filled at the Loan Servicing Representative I or II level based on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, and demonstrated proficiency.

Compensation: $28.00 – $31.00/hour
