Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies to lead complex technology initiatives. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive project delivery, providing strategic leadership across multiple teams and enterprise-level releases.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Develop comprehensive project plans and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress against established KPIs and milestones
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
- Remove impediments and blockers affecting team velocity
- Protect team focus and manage scope changes
- Maintain and communicate sprint metrics and team health indicators
- Plan and coordinate release schedules across multiple teams
- Manage dependencies and integration points between teams
