Position Summary

We are seeking a part-time Server to join our Dining team! The Server provides excellent table service in our Highlands dining venues, assists with catering events, and ensures a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours in a friendly, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional food service and hospitality with courtesy and professionalism Maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist with catering events and setup/cleanup as needed Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members Support dishwashing and kitchen operations when necessary Participate in required training, meetings, and safety drills Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant or dining service is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to process information and make sound decisions Willingness to maintain a neat, professional appearance

Physical Requirements
