As a Forklift Operator of a Raymond stand-up forklift (7000 Series Reach Truck) a you will be reporting to the Team Lead and this role involves operating a Raymond stand-up forklift to transport and organize products within the warehouse while adhering to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include preparing shipments, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

About The Role: 

• Forklift Operation:
  Maneuver a Raymond stand-up forklift (7000 Series Reach Truck) to transport products to designated locations within the warehouse.
• Safety Compliance:
  Strictly adhere to all safety protocols throughout all warehouse activities.
• Equipment Inspection:
  Complete daily pre- and post-shift inspections on the forklift and report any malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
• Shipping Preparation:
  Wrap shipping skids efficiently, verify accuracy with packing slips, and prepare products for shipment.
• Loading and Unloading:
  Load and unload products from trucks under the supervision of a supervisor or team lead, ensuring safe handling and storage.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect products to confirm working order and accurate quantities.
• Packing and Storage:
  Select appropriate packing materials and pallets, pack products according to safety protocols, and organize items to prevent damage or premature wear.
• Receiving Deliveries:
  Receive product deliveries, ensuring accurate storage and organization within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Organization:
  Maintain an organized, clean warehouse environment, optimizing storage space and minimizing clutter.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain detailed shipping and receiving logs for accurate inventory tracking.
• General Support:
  Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead.

• Education:
  Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Team Spirit: Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
• Forklift Experience: Raymond stand-up forklift (7000 Series Reach Truck) or equivilant.
• Certification:
  Counterbalance forklift certification is an asset.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lifting Ability:
  Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Endurance:
  Position may require prolonged periods of standing
