Customer Service Representative I

Commercial Lines CSR acts as the primary client contact for policy related servicing, generating policy documents, maintaining accurate records in Epic including billing and payment inquiries and working directly with Producers.  Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with problem solving and computer proficiency.  Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
