Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project.

Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on tools and equipment.

Actively follow and support all safety policies, procedures, and jobsite guidelines.

Support the team by performing additional duties as needed to keep projects moving smoothly.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with crew members and leadership.

Physical stamina to perform demanding work in outdoor and field environments.

Comfort working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated structures.

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to follow instructions with moderate supervision and stay focused on quality.

Ability to remain in a stationary position when required for finishing tasks.
