2+ years of experience in construction estimating or related roles
Basic understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and specifications.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

A proactive attitude toward professional development and learning new estimating techniques or software tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
