Your Skill Set:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn and perform multiple technical tasks with a need to periodically upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions.
- Follow the outline of company policies and procedures
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers
- Be thorough in inspections and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs
- Must be able to load and unload heavy objects, dirt, and other materials
- Arrive on time for work each day
- Willingness to work hard, smart, and efficiently
What the Job Entails:
Learning and performing the following tasks:
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact and communicate well with customers in their homes and businesses.
- Present professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and co-workers.
- Thorough understanding of boiler operation and repairs of faucets and pipes.
- Ability to assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
- Be thorough in inspections and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs
- Participate in all required staff meetings and training.
- General plumbing service, repairs, and installations both residential and light commercial.
- Troubleshooting of all types of plumbing, gas, and heating systems.
- Delivering options to our clients for long term solutions
- Service, repair, and install all parts of the plumbing and heating systems.
- Install high-efficiency hot water systems.
- Installing and servicing steam heating systems.
- Install high-efficiency on-demand tankless water heaters.
- Rough and Finish drains, vents, and hot and cold-water lines as per our local codes for bath and kitchen remodeling.
