Outbound Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Outbound Caller who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into booked appointments for our plumbing, HVAC, and drain services.

This is a high-volume, results-driven role for someone who thrives on the phone, connects naturally with customers, creates urgency, and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Make consistent outbound calls to new leads, past customers, and unsold estimates
• Follow up with customers to generate new service opportunities
• Book appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and drain services
• Re-engage past customers and encourage repeat business
• Educate customers on available services and identify their needs
• Handle objections confidently and close for the appointment
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow-ups in the system
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and booking goals
  

Requirements

• Previous outbound sales, inside sales, or call center experience
• HVAC, plumbing, drain, or home services experience is a plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling rejection
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-driven
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
