We’re a growing Marketing & Software Development Agency looking for an energetic, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media content and publishing
- Create content ideas, copy, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with designers to produce marketing materials
- Support and manage digital advertising campaigns
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Support lead generation and email marketing activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Support events, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Use AI tools daily for research, content, analysis, and execution
- Take on different marketing responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of marketing experience
- Graduation year: 2022 or later
- Good English, written and spoken
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Strong practical use of AI tools is a must
- Creative, organized, proactive, and fast learner
- Comfortable handling different responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
