Commercial Plumbing Technician

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a statewide provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects. We deliver excellence in commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated dispatch team. We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations.

Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
• First Shift
• Overtime available but not guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves
• Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
