Our Commercial Maintenance Division is currently seeking a Skilled Laborer to support apartment renovation and maintenance projects throughout Los Angeles County. In this role, the Skilled Laborer will perform a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, including framing repairs, drywall patching and installation, flooring repairs, demolition, and general property maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in occupied and vacant apartment units, be comfortable using hand and power tools, and be able to complete assignments efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and safety standards. Schedule Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed Responsibilities Perform general construction maintenance in residential and commercial spaces Skilled with metal and wood framing repairs Install, repair, and finish drywall Apply texture and finish work as directed by the construction supervisor Demolish existing doors, windows, cabinets, and walls Install doors, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures as directed Work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
