🎯 The role: Forward Deployed Engineer
As a Deployed Associate, you'll work at the intersection of AI, product, and go-to-market, helping software companies redesign how they sell using autonomous agents.
In practice, that means:
- Build and shape AI agents that automate real sales processes
- Own client deployments end-to-end and grow into bigger engagements
- Partner with product and engineering to evolve the platform
- Grow on a clear career path within the Deployment team
đź‘€ Who we're looking for
High-potential profiles with 1–3 years of experience who want to build, not just analyse.
You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be tech savvy with a technical or analytical background, and excited to learn how to build AI agents.
Fluency in English required (Spanish is not). Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
You might come from:
- Forward Deployed, Solutions, or Sales Engineering at a SaaS company
- Implementation Consulting or Onboarding Engineering
- Integration Engineering
- Automation, Workflow, or RPA Engineering
- AI, Prompt, or junior ML Engineering
- Technical Account Management, Technical CSM, or CS Engineering
- Technical Product or Project Management
- IT or Tech Consulting (Big 4)

- An adaptable team player
- Structured, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity
- Tech savvy and comfortable around code, APIs, and data
