    • Maintain visibility and governance over sanctioned and unsanctioned applications across departments.

    Switching & Infrastructure Maintenance

    • Assist with VLAN assignments and port configurations.
    • Maintain accurate network documentation and configuration records.

    Security Compliance & Best Practices

    • Follow established change management procedures and internal security policies.
    • Contribute to maintaining least-privilege access, application control, and overall security hygiene.
    • Support the implementation of network and security best practices.

    Documentation & Collaboration

    • Maintain accurate network diagrams, inventory records, and configuration documentation.
    • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Operations teams to support business initiatives and new deployments.
    • Clearly document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions.

    Required Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of experience in Network Administration, Network Engineering, Security Engineering, or a related field; strong internship or hands-on lab experience may also be considered.

    • Experience with network switches, preferably Cisco.
    • Ability to read and interpret monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
