Supportive Living NW provides care and support to vulnerable adults in Pierce and King County in Washington State. Our mission is simple: We improve the lives of those entrusted to our care. We believe in "The Circle of Care" which means that if we take care of the caregiver, the caregiver will take care of the client, and the client will take care of the company. What this role really is
In this role, you’ll help keep our clients’ care running smoothly while being a key connection between clients, caregivers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Are you organized, compassionate, and great at keeping all the moving pieces on track? As a Medical Coordinator, you’ll play a big part in making sure our clients get the right care, from the right people, at the right time!

What you’ll bring

• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A passion for supporting employees
• The ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
• Previous experience in a medical office setting (preferred)

What success looks like after a few months
After your first few months, you’ll feel confident keeping client care moving smoothly, building strong relationships with caregivers and healthcare providers, and staying ahead of important details. You’ll know the systems, spot what needs attention, and be someone the team can count on to keep things organized and make a positive impact on our clients’ care. Most importantly, you’ll be helping create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed.
