Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Schedule: 10+ Hours per day, 5 & 2, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week
Location: 9175 – 14 Street NW, Edmonton, AB

Requirements:
- Full Complement of Hand Tools
- Personal Reliable Vehicle
- CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
- Valid Driver’s License
Pre-employment:
- Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements
- Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
- Fitness to Work Assessment
Shop Foreman – Heavy Equipment Technician - Shop Qualifications:
- Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal – Off Road
- Must have between (5) and (10) years' Journeyperson experience
- Must have (5) years of previous supervisory experience
- Off Road experience is REQUIRED
- Must be proficient with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis and Service Advisor
- Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics
- Must be open to new learning experiences
- Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED
Shop Foreman – Heavy Equipment Technician - Shop Responsibilities:
- Oversee, supervise and manage the day to day operations in our heavy equipment shop
- Supervisions of H.E.T.’s to ensure schedules and timelines are met
- Assist H.E.T.’s with troubleshooting
- Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner
- Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
- Follow up on parts orders
- Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and overhauls
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture
