This is a hybrid position based at our beautiful corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.
- Create and model pro forma business cases for transformation projects.
- Track spending and savings associated with transformation projects.
- Develop financial models and analytical tools to support transformation initiatives.
- Prepare analyses supporting transformation projects, with an emphasis on providing decision support to leadership to optimize short- and long-term business and financial performance.
- Support Transformation team inputs for the Surgery Partners financial forecasting and budgeting process.
- Perform ad hoc data analyses in support of transformation initiatives as directed by the VP of Transformation.
- Collaborate across various company functions, including Operations, Development, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and others, to align on project performance, project design, monthly results, and identified risks and opportunities.
QualificationsEDUCATION- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
EXPERIENCE- Minimum of 2 years related experience of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.
- Healthcare/Hospital experience preferred.
- Experience in developing financial systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Monte Carlo and/or related variable input analysis desirable.
- Experience in a multi-location environment.
- Experience in partnership accounting desirable.
LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATION(S)- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) desireable.
