Job Title : Intern - Community Onboarding
Location: Chennai (Work From office)
Experience: Fresher Only (2026 & 2027 Batches are eligible)
Key Responsibilities
● Source and identify Sales leaders across Europe and MENA markets to onboard into
the community.
● Plan and execute outreach campaigns for community-related events and activities
● Own webinar outreach — from identifying target audiences to driving registrations
● Manage the LinkedIn page: find and engage with sales-relevant posts, grow the
community’s presence, and build relationships with key voices in the space
● Build and maintain relationships with sales leaders across target markets
● Track outreach metrics and report on community growth, engagement, and webinar
attendance
Ideal Candidate Profile
● Strong communication skills to reach out to senior professionals
● Natural relationship builder who can connect with people across cultures and time
zones
● Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional networking and outreach tool
● Prior experience in outreach, sales development, or community management is a
plus
● Exposure to or understanding of Europe and MENA business landscapes is an
advantage
● Proactive, curious, and willingness to learn about different markets, cultures, and
business environments.
