Job Description:
Location: 1003 Plum Valley Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)
Pay Type: Hourly
Full Time Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

What you will do:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls to the main company line promptly and courteously.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, empathizing with their situation and working to find satisfactory resolutions.
- De-escalate challenging situations with patience and tact, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the designated CRM.
- Utilize the company's phone system (e.g., call routing, transferring, holding, conferencing features) efficiently.
- Quality review customer information in the CRM and merge duplicate customer records.
- Download CRM, DMS or other databases, sort and filter spreadsheets to assist in the quality review process.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities
- A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work retail hours including holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations
- Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, dealer DMS system, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
