What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, document and repair heavy road construction equipment like rollers, pavers, compaction equipment, and so much more from manufacturers like Etnyre, Finn, Broce, WRT and more!
- Engage in cross departmental and cross dealership collaboration for training, learning and growing your skills
- Provide great service experiences for our customers
- Work in a shop environment in your own, dedicated bay
- Like going on service calls and have a Class A CDL? Jump in the service truck for onsite customer help
What you'll bring:
- A solid technician background, skilled in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs and systems
- Experience working in an equipment dealership
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- High mechanical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and understand schematics
- Ability to lift up to 75+lbs.
- A full set of tools
- Reliability, self-motivation, positivity, and a can-do attitude
