- Administration of Entra ID and authentication solutions
- Centralized management and support of Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Teams Phone
- Participation in the development and implementation of security and compliance policies
- Acting as the main point of contact for business departments, including requirements analysis and coordination with external business partners
- Implementation and delivery of Microsoft 365 projects
- Identification and implementation of automation opportunities (Azure Automation, Power Platform, Copilot)
- Creation of group-wide IT dashboards and reporting solutions
- Completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL, university) or a comparable qualification with equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- PowerShell experience is an advantage
- Experience working in IT project environments is desirable
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong service mindset, hands-on attitude, and excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
