    • Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to questions, concerns, and service issues in a timely manner.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing guidance on employee benefit strategies, plan design, renewals, and benefit program administration.
    • Manage the employee benefits renewal process, including reviewing plan performance, evaluating options, coordinating with carriers and vendors, and preparing recommendations for clients.
    • Review benefit plan data, claims information, utilization trends, underwriting information, and other relevant analytics to help clients make informed benefit decisions.
    • Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefit vendors to obtain quotes, resolve issues, negotiate solutions, and ensure client needs are effectively communicated.
    • Prepare and present benefit plan recommendations, renewal proposals, and other client-facing materials.

    • Provide clients with guidance regarding applicable employee benefits compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and timely client and account information within the agency management system.
    • Collaborate closely with producers and internal team members to provide a consistent and high-quality client experience.
    • Ensure regulatory requirements are met and comply with all internal policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, renewals, deadlines, and competing priorities.
