Operation Executive- Experience in health sector

Provide leadership, guidance and support to the patient/family.
Ensuring update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
Handling Daily operations concerning fulfilment Processes.
Database Management of Patient data and their reports regularly.
Should assist patients in scheduling appointments with specialists, consultants etc.
Should conduct follow-up calls with the patient.
To deal with patient and their family on phone according to sales lead.

*Good Communication skills

* Command over MS office

* Having Experience +2
