Weekends are among the most active periods for both vehicle deliveries and loaner coordination -- and the Delivery Specialist/Loaner Coordinator is the person who ensures those experiences run smoothly, professionally, and to the standard Land Rover guests expect. This role also carries responsibility for tracking and supporting sales training compliance, ensuring the team stays current on both corporate and manufacturer requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate loaner vehicle check-outs and check-ins -- verifying driver information, completing agreements accurately, documenting vehicle condition, and ensuring every loaner handoff is professional and efficient

• Manage loaner fleet availability over the weekend -- tracking returns, vehicle status, and guest expectations so no one is left waiting without clear communication

• Conduct vehicle deliveries for sales guests -- walking buyers through their new Land Rover's features, technology, and ownership resources in a presentation that reflects the brand and leaves the guest confident in their purchase

• Ensure all delivery documentation is complete and accurate -- reviewing paperwork with guests and confirming every step of the delivery process is handled correctly before they leave

• Track and support sales training compliance -- monitoring completion status for both Swickard corporate training requirements and Land Rover manufacturer certification programs, and following up with consultants on outstanding items

• Communicate proactively with service advisors, sales consultants, and management on loaner availability, delivery scheduling, and training status

• Represent Land Rover Redwood City's hospitality standard in every guest interaction throughout the weekend

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required

• Organized and detail-oriented -- loaner agreements, delivery documentation, and training records all require accuracy every time

• Professional and composed in a luxury guest environment -- Land Rover owners are high-expectation and the delivery and loaner experience reflects directly on the store

• Prior experience in automotive, hospitality, or a guest-facing coordination role a strong plus

• Comfortable with basic computer systems -- loaner agreements, delivery checklists, and training tracking all involve documentation

• Reliable weekend availability -- Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM are the core schedule for this role
