WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose and repair Acura vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using Acura diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
- Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization
- Execute repairs to Acura factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
- Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
- Stay current on Acura technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
- Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift
- Contribute to a shop culture where quality, accountability, and craftsmanship are the baseline WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership -- required
- Import brand experience preferred -- Acura and Honda backgrounds are a strong advantage; Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, and other import platforms are welcome
- Strong diagnostic foundation -- able to work through multi-system problems accurately and efficiently
- ASE certifications a strong plus -- Acura factory certifications highly valued
- Low comeback rate and a quality standard you own
- Physically capable of performing the demands of the role throughout the shift
