The Internet Sales Consultant acts as the digital engine of our sales floor. By blending high-level automotive expertise with a mastery of digital CRM tools, this role transforms online inquiries into high-value appointments and closed deals. You aren't just answering emails; you’re architecting a seamless, modern buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Screen incoming leads to determine their interest level and potential fit for the dealership's inventory.
• Customer Communication: Engage with leads through email, phone, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport.
• Sales Process: Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system.
• Inventory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the dealership's inventory and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle.
• Online Marketing: Social media posts, reels, stories.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
• Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
