- Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
- Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
- Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
- Stay current on Land Rover's lineup, off-road capabilities, and the growing EV and PHEV offerings
