VW experience is a plus but not required -- we'll invest in your brand training from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Volkswagen service guests -- from write-up through delivery -- with a standard that reflects the brand and the store
- Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
- Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
- Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
- Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience that keeps guests coming back
- Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
- Represent Porsche Audi Volkswagen of Anchorage and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Service advisor experience preferred -- not required. Hospitality, sales, retail, or other guest-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
- Volkswagen or European brand experience a strong plus -- familiarity with VW service processes and systems is an advantage we'll build on
- Clear, composed communicator -- able to explain service needs in plain language and follow through without gaps
- Organized and accurate under the pace of a busy multi-brand service operation
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
- Comfortable learning DMS platforms and VW service processes -- we'll train you from day one
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
