The Role
You will play a key role in strengthening our online presence, creating impactful content, and driving measurable growth across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a clear content strategy
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, graphics, captions) that reflects our brand voice
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better results
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to position our brand ahead of competitors

About You
- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms
- Understanding of SEO and paid digital advertising
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
