About the role
We’re on the lookout for a Reliability Technician to play a critical role in maximising equipment availability, extending asset life and supporting cost-effective maintenance strategies across our site.
This role is not just about identifying problems, it is about understanding why they occur and driving long-term, sustainable improvements. You will use a combination of advanced condition monitoring tools, structured problem-solving, and engineering judgement to support better maintenance decisions and optimise asset performance.
This role operates on a 4 days on, 3 days off roster, providing variety, structure, and strong work-life balance within a dynamic manufacturing environment where reliability is critical to success.
Key responsibilities of this role include..
Conduct condition monitoring activities including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic monitoring, and oil analysis
Perform regular inspections of plant and equipment to identify emerging issues and potential failures
Collect, manage, and analyse condition monitoring data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
Diagnose equipment faults and determine root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies
Support precision maintenance activities including alignment, balancing, and lubrication improvements
Develop and maintain lubrication and oil analysis programs
Provide detailed reports and recommendations to support maintenance planning and asset management decisions
Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure identified defects are effectively addressed
Contribute to a safe working environment by proactively identifying equipment-related risks
