You Are 

The Information Technology Support Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and workplace technology needs. This role supports system performance, workstation setup, troubleshooting, and technology upgrades, while also contributing to operational and project-based IT activities. In addition, this position will primarily support cell phone contracts in EMEA, while also providing ITAM (IT Asset Management) support and local PC support as needed. The position requires sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently on moderately complex support and project tasks.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
• Set up and deploy workstations for end users
• Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to operational requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues, system problems, and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases, patches, and device models
• Provide effective and practical solutions to user and system issues
• Use sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to resolve technical problems
• Execute IT-related projects from start to completion
• Contribute to moderately complex aspects of operational or project work
• Identify issues and develop recommendations for effective solutions
• Work on team-driven and task-oriented IT initiatives
• Support standard IT operational processes and end-user technology needs
• Support cell phone contracts in EMEA
• Provide ITAM support as needed
• Provide local PC support as needed

• Maintain productivity for engineering, design, and business teams by resolving technical issues promptly and effectively
• Reduce system downtime and support escalations through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ensure smooth onboarding and role transitions by delivering reliable workstation setup and deployment services
• Improve asset visibility and compliance across the EMEA region through accurate IT Asset Management practices and documentation
• Optimize mobile device support and contract management, contributing to cost efficiency and reduced administrative burden
• Enhance IT operational effectiveness by identifying recurring technical issues and recommending sustainable solutions
• Build user confidence in IT services through consistent, professional, and responsive support delivery

What You'll Need 

• Experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration
• Knowledge of hardware, software, workstation deployment, and troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting end users in a corporate IT environment is preferred
• Familiarity with ITAM processes and mobile device support is a plus
